It started with back pain, and a journey to understand what truly individual insoles should look like.
Our founder
From back pain to building KakiJoy
Our founder Jackson lived with long-term back pain for years. No single treatment gave lasting relief.
On trying orthotic insoles, his symptoms improved. That surprised him enough to look closer at how foot support actually works.
He wanted the same relief for his parents. So he spent years studying foot orthotics. He visited practitioners in Germany, Australia, and Hong Kong to understand what real individualisation looks like.
One belief stuck with him. Every foot deserves its own 3D scan, its own design, and a handmade insole. Not a template. KakiJoy was built around that belief.
I wanted my parents to have something that actually fit them. That is what started everything.
